Over 40years ago Geoff used to go camping with Sue and his children and a company of girl guides. He used to take a saw and sometimes a chainsaw with him. This was at the time of Dutch Elm disease. This meant we were never short of wood for cooking and logs to sit on. One year Geoff also made a swing over a hollow which flooded in the winter. Unfortunately one night we had a big storm and the hollow flooded!  The following day was great fun as the swing just skimmed the surface of the water and everyone had a marvellous time.
